CARLSTADT, N.J. – Dolores M. DeGiovine (née Marella), 88, of Mt. Pleasant, S.C. and formerly of Carlstadt, died Nov. 21.
DeGiovine was born in Jersey City. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, a member of the Rosary Altar Society and the Carlstadt V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Post 3149.
She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur E. DeGiovine; loving mother of Arthur M. DeGiovine and his wife Kathryn; and Donna M. DeGiovine; cherished grandmother of Mia Chaveco; Michael DeGiovine; Natalie Robiou; great-grandmother of Autumn and Lillian; and the dear sister of Vincent Marella and the late Lucy Scott and Dorothy Squeo.
The funeral departs from the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad St., Carlstadt at 9 a.m. Saturday for a funeral Mass in St. Joseph's R.C. Church, East Rutherford at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday.
